Thankful :)

Morning :)

Sorry i have not updated in the last 2 weeks. So much going on and we are trying to enjoy each and every day together :) Summer is in full swing and even though we havent been able to do much this year we are trying to enjoy each moment :)

Terry & I went to the grocery store today, first time he has been in months. Y'all remember how he used to love the store? He hasnt been much with everything that has been going on. I am happy to say that we both enjoyed it very much. Should have seen him speeding around on that motorized cart ... LOL

We have learned that its those little moments that can mean the most and not to take for granted anything anymore. We are thanking God for each moment we have to enjoy each other and for watching over and taking care of us.

We also want to thank each of you for your continued support and prayers as we take each day a moment at a time.

I wanted to remind everyone if you are interested in joining our 'ALS team' for the ALS walk in October I will need to know soon. So far I think there is 10 of us for sure...

I have Logan working on a team shirt for us (need to get that finished Logan) and we will need to finalize an order a few weeks before the walk so we have them back in time. Shirts costs will be under $10 a shirt and money goes to company that helps fund ALS organization.

They ask that each team set a fundraising goal to help with research and funding for ALS patients. Only way a cure can be found is thru more research.

Many of you may not know, I was fired from Ingles the day before Terry's last surgery on May 8th. While this was not the best time for this to happen I know now that there was a reason.

I wont go into detail as it would turn into a book, I just ask that you say a prayer that the Labor Board will accept my appeal for unemployment ...

Kids go back to school in just 2 weeks (thank you Lord) and it will be easier for me to update the blog more often....
